This is a local Dallas, exas vehicle brought to our facility to sell for the widow of a local decorated World War II hero. He purchased the car new for his wife and it has been in their family since. This is a well cared for example that is original with exception of a repaint and various maintenance performed over the years. Most recently nearly $4,300 was spent performing a full brake job, arburetor rebuild, nd various needed services to keep this Cadillac on the road. The Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum is the location for many of our photos of this classic American Cadillac. Be sure to visit the historic museum if you find yourself in Dallas, exas. This is your opportunity to own a very unique Cadillac DeVille Convertible. This car was ordered in white with white leather and white convertible top. The top functions and is in very good condition, elieved to have been previously replaced. Open the doors to 1965. This interior is original. These cars were very well built. The leather upholstery shows some age but is intact throughout while the dash and instruments are in beautiful condition. The gauges are functional including the clock. The original steering wheel is intact as is the bright work throughout the interior. There are also rubber Cadillac floor mats. Texas Classic Cars of Dallas is located at 1912 W. Under the hood is the factory 429 cubic inch 4bbl. V8. This power plant received a recent complete tune-up and fluid changes. The carburetor was rebuilt. The spark plugs and wires have been replaced as well. The brake system was gone through in its entirety.The brake lines were replaced as needed. The master cylinder was flushed and cleaned. The wheel cylinders were replaced. The wheel bearings have been cleaned and re-packed. All of this work was performed by a well-known reputable local shop, uSold Enterprises, lassic car specialists we are familiar with. Further inspection of the engine compartment will reveal factory components throughout. The firewall, nner fenders, owl, nd core support display original sheet metal. The original trim identification plate is also intact. This is an air conditioned car. The identification plate is clear and intact. We have a convertible top boot in white. The speedometer cluster is in beautiful condition. The leather is original and has a few minorseparationson the driver side seat cushion bottom, therwise little wear and attractive throughout. This is a comfortable, oomy car for front and back seat passengers. The most notable interior wear is the rubbed separation seen above on the driver's side. The back seat upholstery is intact throughout. The trunk displays the original pan and mat. The jacking equipment is also original and intact. The spare tire is also in place. The original jacking instructions are intact on the trunk lid. Close inspection of the paint job will reveal an older, river quality finish with paint chip touch-ups and minor wear. The body itself is exceptionally straight and solid. This is a dry climate car and it shows in its sheet metal condition. The body and underside condition is very, ery good. The photos above depict various paint chips and some touch-ups. The convertible top fits & seals well and is functional. The back window is glass and in great shape as well. The undercarriage is what you expect in a dry climate 1-owner vehicle. The original flooring is intact throughout as are the inner quarter panels. The frame is straight and solid throughout. This is a no-hit car and it shows. The exhaust system was previously replaced. The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves our dealership.
TAX, ITLE AND LICENSE
We are a licensed Texas dealership. It is required that we collect all tax, itle and license fees from Texas residents at the time of the sale. We will do all of the title work. Non Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state. Overseas customers will be charged a $30.00 fee for wire transfers. We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of .002286% and a small documentary fee of $75.00 on ALL sales.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can refer you to a number of national and international shippers. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, e will take no further responsibility for the vehicle.
