You're bidding on a 1953 Cadillac 62 Series.I picked this up from a friend in TN who couldn't complete it. Over-eager as I am, I bit off more than I could handle on account that I have way to many projects I'm working on to get to it.
Overall it's all there. Matching number block to body, original oil bathe filter, ac unit in trunk, fender skirts (in trunk). Interior is in remarkably good condition (springy seats, AC vents in tack, dashboard in great shape, steering has very little pitting). Trim is all there too.
Only missing part is the passenger side turn signal lamp (see photo). Also windshield is cracked.
Not a lot of rust. Typical places: floors, rear quarter fenders, and miscellaneous places.
I haven't tried to turn the engine over or check the transmission. But there wasn't any leaking when I picked it up. It also rolled freely onto the trailer. Tires do not hold air for long so we had to use the winch to get it on the trailer.
Again, I hate to let it go but too many projects has me needing to let it go to someone that will restore / rat rod / modify it. I'm willing to negotiate for trade too.- Make: Cadillac
