Vehicle Details

1972 Buick GS 35, I’m got this from a friend of mine who has health problems. It was a 5 year project.he put a lot of time in it. He didn’t want to let it go. I took the car out of storage and got it running again with some fresh gas. The car is in my name so no problem with title. He has had a lot of work done on it from top to bottom. Engine was replaced with a 1975 455. Had cam and timing chain done. Has rebuilt turbo 350 with a 2500 stall converter. 2.5 exhaust sys. Front Disc brakes from 68 GTO, strange master cylinder, all new front end bushings and ball joints and steering components. New alternator, and battery.1968 Buick seats and 69 Pontiac door panels, new carpet, new headline, new black seat belts, brand new wheels (American racing)15 miles on them. and tires. original GS hood was very rusty put on a Skylark hood with a super duty 421 scoop from a Pontiac to look like a GS stage one scoop. paint is the original color, Brunswick copper. Has all new weather strips and new windshield. New taillights and all new bulbs. Was painted three years ago. Has had a lot of bodywork but looks good. he had a hard time getting parts for it because he built it during the pandemic. All chrome was painted black. Bumpers should be stripped and repainted .(not sure if something got on them in storage) New black locks and door handles. Car does have some imperfections, trunk was fiberglass for some pinholes I know he put carpet over it because he didn’t like the way it turned out . but he couldn’t get a floor at the time . but there is also more paint and clear to finish the imperfections and repaint if necessary. It’s a great driving car and lots of fun.
