Vehicle Details1982 Buick Grand National. A very rare car that is in great shape for its age and the Father of all Grand Nationals. Only 215 were made. Out of the 215 only 35 were turbo charged, this one is NOT a turbo car. There is a ton of good information on Beforeblack.net about the history of the car. We believe the mileage to be true based off the pics and documentation, but have no way to totally verify it. I purchased it roughly 5 years ago down near Miami, drove it all the way home. I have a book of the car from when he did the resto and minor mods roughly 15 years ago. There are few minor issues, they are the temp gauge sometimes shows hot but it is not according to a separate gauge, I have replaced the sensor so I'm guessing the gauge is faulty. Radio does not work, it thinks it has a cassette inside it. After sitting for a few minutes its will flood out some (I don't drive the car enough so I imagine the carb needs tweaking). The front seats could use recovering. I would rate it a 8.5 out of 10. I have included several pictures and a bunch of underneath. It is a super solid car with no rust that I can find. The previous owner built the engine and with a small cam, headers, intake 4 bbl carb, pypes exhaust, aluminum radiator and electric fans, and I'm sure I'm missing a ton of stuff. Please keep in mind the car is not fast, quite honestly a new 4cyl car would probably walk all over it. Its a blast to drive and gets compliments every where I go when I have the chance to drive it. Currently with my work schedule I don't really have that opportunity. Payment is Cash, verifiable certified check, or certifiable money order.
