Description:

1955 Buick Century

Here is your chance to buy a 1955 Buick Century that runs good for a very reasonable price. I am including a long list of new parts I bought for the car over the years but never got installed. I recently upgraded the brake system to include a dual master cylinder conversion. That kit alone was $800 plus many hours of labor. The car does have some rust as shown in the pictures in the doors, RH quarter, rockers and trunk lid. However, the floor pans are rock solid originals. The trunk floor is 98% solid except for one small hole in the RH rear corner. There has also been previous rust repairs in front of the rear wheels. The paint was done recently with spray cans. The car includes the new parts listed below and a lot of extra used parts.
  • New carpet
  • New water pump
  • New door sill plates
  • New interior and exterior door handles
  • New interior window crank handles
  • Re-chromed front bumper filler piece
  • New park light and reverse light lenses
  • New door edge guards
  • New upper radiator hose
  • New spark plugs
  • New gas line
  • New inner tie rod
  • Very nice LH tail light assembly
  • Very nice RH quarter molding to replace damaged piece
  • Shop manual
  • extra rear bumper
  • extra grille
  • 4 extra hubcaps
  • plus many other extra used parts
This Buick is a good runner. With a set of new tires you could drive the car as-is until you are ready to take it to the next level. Being a 68 year old car that is not driven regularly, please don't expect it to be better than just a fun driver as-is. The title is a clear open New Jersey title in the previous owner's name.

The winning bidder will need to make a $200 deposit upon completion of the auction. Balance of payment to be by Bank wire transfer or cash within 7 days. I will not accept a winning bid from an ebayer with "0" feedback. The car will be offered to the next highest bidder. I will hold the car for 30 days to allow time for you to arrange transportation. Any questions, please message me or call Barry at 336-830-6066.
