1959 Buick LeSabre Convertible (ONE OWNER).
Wife's dad purchased the car new in San Antonio, it still has the original title that has never been changed. He passed and the car was left to her. He was in the middle of a restoration. This is a rust free Texas car per her dad who was a paint and body guy. The body is fantastic no body waves, straight as a arrow, and paint is a basecoat clearcoat mirror finish bright Red. Please look at photos. Car has a rebuilt 364 and rebuilt Dynaflow with new exhaust. This car does NOT run currently, but would with little work.There are some missing items listed below:
1) Carburetor breather missing and could not locate.2) Front bench seat and Rear seat was also missing. However, he had a set of 1959 Bucket seats that he was going to use. Seen in car.3) Power brake booster and Master cylinder missing.4) Power steering pump missing.These are the only parts that is believed to be missing.
There are several new oem parts in the trunk:
1) New convertible top, pads, well.2) New weather-strip for trunk and doors.3) Hood inside insulation pad.4) Car has all the glass and looks good, Windshield is in great shape with a blue upper tint. Some door glass and quarter glass and frames are in the trunk.5) New Red Carpet and pad.6) Dash has been rebuilt and looks amazing. However, it appears that nothing is hooked up and some pieces like horn ring is loose.7) Car has a under dash tissue dispenser.8) Wonder bar radio.9) All doors and quarter trim is there, but will require to be replaced or repaired.10) All the chrome is in really good shape but he was going to have the bumpers re chromed.11) Car sat in a barn, last registration I have was in 1967.12) New tires so the car rolls good.13) There is a tote of additional misc. parts that will go with car. Extra emblems, handles and other things.14) New rubber for convertible top frame.
This car is being sold as is where is with no Guarantee's. The buyer is responsible for delivery. Buyer must pay with Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order, or wire funds. Car will not be released until funds have cleared. Buyer is welcome to come inspect the car during the auction but when auction is over it will not be seen.A deposit of 1,000.00 is expected within 3 days of end of auction and balance due within 10 days end of auction.
