1987 Buick Regal Grand National

Vehicle Details

The Grand Nationals are cherished classics because they really took Buick over to the dark side. So all the best pieces are still in place. The blacked-out trim, the bulging hood, and the full-width ducktail spoiler, all give this car a look that demands respect.

This 1987 Buick Grand National is powered by a turbocharged and intercooled 3.8-liter V6 engine that was factory rated at 245 horsepower and 355 ft/lbs of torque. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in the iconic black and grey cloth with the turbo-6 logos embroidered on the front headrests. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows, power locks and an antenna. It rides on the factory chrome and black 15-inch alloy wheels with the signature GN turbo-6 logo center caps. This Grand National is a clean CARFAX car that still has the original paint as well as extensive service history from when it was new and includes binders full of history.

It retains a stock exterior look, right down to the few pieces that aren't as mean as midnight, like the special Grand National badges and those polished 15-inch factory alloys. Drivetrain
A flip of the hood, and a nifty BUICK logo with Turbocharged moniker silk screened into the hood liner hovers above the beautifully preserved engine. It is all original, all numbers matching and presents as a 3.8-liter V6 turbo that pumps 245 horses. It has an intercooler for the turbo and is fed by EFI. A numbers matching 200R4 4-speed automatic is behind this turbo mill, and in back, a 10-bolt 8.5 inch posi rear axle with 3.42 gears is on. All looking just fab and ready to smoke the competition. Undercarriage
Under is all rust free, and well preserved with solid floor pans and toe kicks, frame, and near drip free bottom end of the engine and transmission.

Includes a transportation stipend up to $1,500.
