1971 Buick Electra 225 2 door

Purchased from an estate auction. Installed new battery, drove 2-3 miles, everything appears to function well. Did not test cruise control. Body, interior and exterior seem to be in good shape for the year with the exception of one rust spot on front passenger fender (see photo). Vinyl top also has 2 small tears (see photo). Rear bumper has small dent on left side (see photo). One piece of weather seal is missing between driver window and rear passenger window (see photo). Front passenger window not working. Rear view mirror needs to be reinstalled. Kit included. Owner passed away and heirs retitled vehicle 5/13/2019 and included the 1/10 (tenths of miles) on the title. So, title shows 601694 (60,169.4). Tried to correct with DMV, but they require 3-4 years old of maintenance records which are unobtainable. Car is located in Lynchburg, Virginia and available for inspection.Please ask any questions, I will try to answer.
