1965 Buick Electra

Very solid old Buick project car odometer reads 04399 the first digit being a 0 tells me it has never rolled over. This car was stored inside for the last 40 years I was told it was started up every once in a while until about 10 years ago. We got the car last year straight out of storage and have installed a new fuel pump, rebuilt the carb, unhooked the fuel line from tank and hooked up a small remote tank under the hood ( I wanted to clean the original before use) changed the oil, tune up, and installed a good used battery and 2 good used tires on the rear. It now fires right up and idles nice. The rear brake line was leaking so I plugged it off under the hood and blead the fronts so it now lot drives and stops and can be driven on a car trailer. I have driven it up and down my street and the engine and trans are strong. The interior is in very good condition and all glass is good. Headlights and taillights and blinkers work. Power seat, wipers, heater, and all power windows work except for drivers rear it has moved a little so probably just needs the connections cleaned. The underside of this car is rust free all floors are nice and even the exhaust looks good. The body has some mild damage on the hood and rear quarter but nothing major and has very little rust. If I were going to keep this car I would tap out the hood a little and buff the whole car and do a little touch up painting under the beltline and have a pretty nice low mileage survivor. Again this car is a project and will need work to be road worthy like it needs a rear brake line and the gas tank probably needs to be cleaned or at least rinsed out with fresh gas before being hooked back up to the fuel pump. the front tires hold air but have some dry rot also I am missing one fender skirt. I am sure there will be other issues found while your going through it so for that reason it is being sold as is for parts or repair. PLEASE NOTE!!!!!!! Sold with Missouri bill of sale only I do not have a title. Also the odometer reads 04399 and has not flipped but I cannot guarantee it's actual however the brake and has pedal as well as front seat have very little wear. Thanks for looking
