1970 Buick Electra 225. 12,000 original miles. With the original J78x15 double stripe whitewalls still on it. From the grand daughter of the original owners. In the family for 49 years. I have a notarized milage statement from her and a letter with the history of ownership in the family. Always garaged and pampered. Low option car. No a/c. 455 V8 with 370 horse power and 510 torque rating. Beautiful Diplomat blue code 28 with a white painted top and blue cloth interior. Never any paint work. Fantastic chrome bumpers. Four original T-3 headlights. Outstanding interior. No cracks in the steering wheel. No cracks in the dash pad. Carpets as new, seats as new, door panels as new. Headliner as new. Inside the trunk real nice, under the mat clean and rust free. Looks like it was undercoated when new. Very clean and dry. Car runs and drives 100%. The car is straight as an arrow. The top surfaces, hood and deck lid have some cracking and checking and chipping of the original paint. Light surface rust under the hood. The car still has a great shine. The emblem on the front bumper between the grilles is gone. I do have the tri shield insert. This is a common sore spot of the 70. The car will be sold with the previous Vermont registration as Vt. is a non title state on the older cars.
