Fair condition. Has rust, dents. The drivers side window is broken. Does not run. Does turn over by hand. I believe it is all there. No title no keys. Have the information on the previous owner. He's never there when I run out to his house to try and get a title. also have paper work showing work done to it over the years from a different owner.
