79 buick electra 225 low miles runs drives everything works

I have a 79 Buick Electra 225 the car is in excellent shape it's technically a one-owner car bought new from Community Motors in Kingston pa it stayed in the family only changed ownership once in 05. Due to death
Every single thing works on the car it's all originalair condition even workstop originalhead liner been replaced by dealer but is drooping above driver..
it has been painted as i can tell.. was told dealer repainted back in 1980 due to something wrong with the paint ..also side molding is falling off a peace of tape was applied to prevent from falling of rest of the wayrear peaces on both sides between bumper and quarter missing picturedno rust on frameSence 05 it's had an antique tag and only been driven about 150 miles a year if that. been in garage never driven in rain. Stored for winter.Factory spare with factory tire..
Only 66,000 on it
It has a few small bubble / rust spots nothing major very small..
