1978 Buick Electra 225 MAKE SURE TO SCROLL DOWN FOR ALL THE PICTURES Description Buick ride and luxury are certainly present in this great car. Hard-to-find 403CI engine. This sought after blast from the past drives and rides great. Shifts through all the gears seamlessly and drives down the road at 80 MPH effortlessly. It has a new carpet kit installed and as you can see in the pictures, the interior is very nice. It does have seat covers and under the covers the seats are in great shape in some places and not so great in others. I tried to show that in the pictures. The seat covers may or may not be to your liking, but they are new. The picture of the head liner makes it appear worse than it is, it is really in pretty good shape and not sagging as it might appear.
The tires are representative of the one I showed in the pictures and the spare appears to be new. You can see, from the pictures, what needs to be done on the passengers side and the roof, to make it just right. We just got it and are deciding whether to do the work or take much less for it and let someone else make the big money. Check out the other offerings and you will see what I mean about the big money. Some are going in the teens and even the twenties!
The odometer reads 13,200, but that is not actual. It does have a clean Utah title. I wouldn't be afraid to drive it anywhere, but that's of course, up to you. There is a slight exhaust leak, but nothing that affects the drive-ability. The engine is strong and the trans shifts nicely. It has the factory radio and an aftermarket CD player. Neither turn on right now. We'll check into that.
