Description:
This car is an all original 1960 Buick Invicta. It has been stored (garaged) since 1990s. It is running! The car has 44,500 miles. We are the third owner. The second owner was only for family title change due to needing a lost title after the death of his uncle. His uncle and his wife were the only original drivers of this car. I have driven it 5 miles for a parade. Since getting it out of the stored garage, I had original radiator recored. The hoses, fluids, spark plugs and battery have been changed. The car has the wildcat engine, auto transmission. The transmission shifts smooth and has some slipping when in reverse and backing uphill. It shifts through all gears. The original generator is installed and is charging the battery. The original spark plugs were installed and we saved them. The missing trim from the door is in the trunk. The muffler is intact but rattles due to a broken muffler mount. The passenger doors have a scrape along both doors and a crimped trim on fender. There is a small dent in the end of the hood and a small one in the rear chrome bumper. The 2 Tone paint is original with minor surface rust as shown around light and liscence plate. It has very little rust for its age. There is extra rust on passenger door due to the scraped side. The carpet has wear holes in floor board by driver door. Seats are intact and supple ...no tears. The seats had a plastic silver trim insert that has peeled but does not effect seat integrity. The head liner is excellent. The glass is original with small minor chip in windshield. Amazing find and ready for your touch. The last 3 pictures are when we found it in storage and the day we drove it out! It had 20 or more years of dust on it!
