Price: - Item location: Waterford, Wisconsin, United States
Description:

1970 Buick Riviera

Up for auction is a real 1970 Buick Riviera GS complete car, it has not been on the road since 1986 so it is in need of a total restoration.

Car is not running or driving at this time but does turn over by hand, engine and transmission are complete, Engine is the original 1970 370 hp 510 ft torque 455 and the 3 speed turbo 400 automatic transmission with the optional Posi traction 3:42 gear rear end and aluminum drum front brakes, will need exhaust and new brake and gas lines.

Body does have some rust issues mainly in the rear quarters, doors and fenders are solid and so are the front and rear bumper, hood, and deck lid. main floors are solid only one larger hole on the driver side front section the rest is decent and there is a large hole in the passenger side trunk floor the spare tire area does not have any holes, all the trim is off the car because someone was starting to do body work on it but all of it is in the trunk.

Interiorhas the optional bucket seats driver side is power with automatic floor console, console has been taken out but is in the back seat and shifter is still mounted in the car and works fine, seats and the door panels have some rips and will need to be recovered, dash pad does not have any cracks and the dash is all complete, does have power windows, tilt, and A/C.

Local pickup is preferred but I can deliver it within a 250 mile radius or Waterford, WI 53185 for a fee depending on your location or I can assist on loading it on a hauler trailer but you will have to set up the transportation.

This is a decent rare old car with only little over 3000 GS made for this year, good candidate for restoration or father son project, I hope someone can bring this beauty back to life I wish I could but I have to many projects at this time, please email me or call me at 414-405-8020 with any further questions or to set up a time to come out and look at it, thanks for looking, Bob
