I have for sale my 1991 BMW M5. the chassis has 207k miles but the car was went through a mild restoration including:
motor rebuild- paper work documenting work
block stripped and honed, ew rings, istons, iming components, ew main and rod bearing crank cleaned and polished, ead was completely rebuilt, ew clutch, C compressor, ltenator, tc
magnaflow exhaust
car runs great
everything works as should, C, eat, peedo, BC, adio, ll windows and sunroof work, eat functions, tc.
SLS was removed and replaced with bilstein coilovers
euro smoked headlights
original ( not replica) ACS wheels with new bridgestones
the car wears its original paint, ith some minor dents and dings.
the interior as been restored as well, he original dove leather has been replaced with alcantara and Mcloth. the front seats and rear seats have been recovered, he door panels are still original. the headliner has been recovered and the carpet is clean and in great shape. No cracks in the dash. the center console is clean the glovebox as well.
the car has been apart of my collection and i love it. it has come time to thin the herd and sell some cars. this car is located at my house in Atlanta and i welcome anyone to come by and look. I also welcome PPI's as i know the car is in great shape.
two known issues
the SRS light blinks
every once in a blue moon, he oil level sensor with trigger, hen i wont see it again for months. i was told it needs a new sender and plug. just haven't tackled it.
All VIN tags are in place and the car carries a clean Georgia title in my name
this car will make a trip across the country with no issues. Great car who needs to find a good home.
