1994 BMW 530i / Touring Wagon needs work / some brand new German parts with it

Vehicle Details1994 BMW 530i Touring wagon; This car was running fine when I stopped driving it as my friend who was a good experienced mechanic informed me that it needed a new heater core so I stopped driving it .There is no battery in i, tires are good enough to roll it around on. . The man mechanic friend never did anything with the engine and it's still all original and intact. He did however take the sunroof off the car. It has the inside sliding roof ceiling cover intact though; The black leather seats are in good condition with no rips or worn down spots (front and back) could use lots of Lexol leather conditioner though as they are a bit stiff but not real bad. And the dash is in good condition not dried out, with no cracking. The charcoal color carpet is all in good condition not worn out or stained .Car has been stored in car port . Always California car has no rust and a very straight body.; All the door and window seals are still in very good rubbery condition. He also took off; the the trim and the rear bumper as he was a very good experienced body man whose career of 50 years was restoring German cars. He was just going to do some very minor painting on the one side. We purchased this better bumper at pick and pull as the original one had a small crack in it . Some of the trim that protects the doors got lost. The clear coat is still in great except a little on the front bumper is worn off in the very front. Als, the hood has some very small scrapes and scratches and the whole car needs a good waxing . ( I took the pictures right after I washed the car and it's all shiny from the water.) Car has been non-opt for 9 years with clean title; Also, comes with a good professional shop manual . And has it's anti theft instructions and code .Has brand new quality German parts that come with it that were purchased around the time I stopped driving it 9 years ago. Soon after he started to do work on the car he was diagnosed with kidney disease and it was then I non-opt the car because he became too busy with dialysis and the effects of it. He passed away 2 years ago.It had brand new windshield installed right around the time I stopped driving it.; The A/C; used to work great ; Everything with the electronics was working great too with no problems. We also had replaced 2 of the electronic window motors for the rear doors. Buyer needs; take care of all pickup or delivery arrangements. Down payment of $500. through Paypal ( un-refundable) due upon of sale of car The balance in cash upon pick-up and the signing of DMV documents. Buyer gets up 2 weeks after purchase to pick up the car and complete the transaction . NOTE: please do not ask me to sell any parts off this car, CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS
