1987 BMW 3-Series Cinnabar Red

This 1987 BMW 325 is finished in Cinnabar Red over a black interior which has been modified with red Bekkers sport seats and Simpson harnesses.
Power is provided by a 2.7-liter inline-six mated to a five-speed manual gearbox which replaced the original automatic in 2004. Additional equipment includes a sunroof, central locking, electric windows, and a Pioneer CD player. This E30 is offered with manufacturer’s literature, delivery documentation, an October 2019 inspection, partial service records, Carfax and AutoCheck reports, and an Iowa title in the name of the seller’s company.
The car is finished inZinnoberrot(138) and features US-spec aluminum bumpers with rubber caps, an M3-style rear spoiler, a 325is-style air dam, an aftermarket rear valance and side skirts, tinted windows, and a manually-operated sunroof .Aftermarket 16″ wheels wear BMW center caps and 205/50 Kumho Ecsta tires. A Racing Dynamics strut tower brace has been fitted up front along with an Eibach rear sway bar, Eibach lowering springs, and cross-drilled brake rotors.
An inspection from October 2019 states that 90% brake pad life remains both front and rear.Bekkers adjustable sport seats are upholstered in red cloth with black accents and fitted with Simpson harnesses. The stock rear seat has been retained, and the dash, door panels, and floorare trimmed in black. Amenities include air conditioning, electric windows, central locking, a trip computer, a systems check panel, and an aftermarket Pioneer CD player.
Instrumentation consists of a 150-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, instant fuel economy, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 139k miles.
VDO auxiliary readouts have been installed below the climate control panel, with the seller noting that the oil pressure and temperature gauges are inoperableThe 2.7-liter M20B27 “Eta” inline-six was factory-rated at 121 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of torque when new. The intake manifold has been refinished in black and fitted with aK&N air filter. The air conditioning, alternator, and power steering belts were replaced in October 2019 by Beckley’s Automotive Services in Des Moines, Iowa. A five-speed manual gearbox was installed in place of the stock automatic in 2004 by Simpson Motorsports, whose proprietor owned the car at the time.
