1990 BMW 3-Series 325i

Hello,
I am selling my 1990 BMW E30 325I Sedan. I have had it over a year now and have done a good amount of repairs on the car.
TL;DR - I need to sell the car because I cannot complete the repairs I set out to do for it. The car has numerous new parts and parts that are still to be added on. It is a low milage E30 with no rust to the frame of the car. Only rust there is is on the surface. where paint should be.
To go into more detail of how I obtained the car starts with this:
I purchased this car in Champaign, Illinois from a Used Car dealership, BBA Auto Sales. The car was $2500 or so after taxes and fees. The car showed no issues when I purchased it, only that it had been sitting for a unknown amount of time, the seats showed age from rips and faded fabric, and the automatic transmission knob had no screw holding it down. The car is originally from Tennesse, and the dealer who had it, said he purchased it from an auction. The car was pretty clean on the exterior for it's age, only that there was front end damage (see pictures) on the hood and front bumpers and significant fading to the paint coat starting from the hood to the trunk. There also were small indents on the fenders. The dealer took responsibility for the front end damage that and said it happened when they were unloading it into the dealership. For the paint, I'm guessing the car was baked in Tennessee. Fortunately, the car has some of its original documentation (see pictures) and the old owner had some of their old service invoices for the car.
After I bought the car, I brought it to Chicago, where it currently is now. When I brought it here, I went ahead and began repairing what I could since I knew the car was older. Here is a list of what I Have done since purchase:New radiator replacement, new coolant hoses, new head gasket, did a tune up (spark plugs, oil change, timing belt, etc), transmission fluid change, new exhaust + catalytic converter delete, misc gaskets, new air intake system, A/C delete, power steering delete (in progress), new brakes and rotors with stainless steel brake lines (in progress), new/used interior seats, coolant flush replaced with new BMW coolant, cranshaft position sensor
Ultimately, my goal was to change pretty much everything i could since I knew these parts were older and if I were to hold it long term, make sure I got good parts to place on the car. I bought numerous parts on FCP Euro, so these parts have their lifetime warranty. I have the invoices of parts I did buy, if you are interested. The seats were recently replaced with 'new/used' perforated black leather seats from another 325i sedan over the winter. The only issue with the leather seats is, the driver side is torn on a seam where you sit, and the passenger side has paint on it. The seat brackets have rust on them that can be sanded down and repainted.
So, why am I selling it? Well, around the winter time, I decided it would make sense to keep repairing the car and one thing I never got to doing was the brakes and rotors. Unfortunately, that has not been completed because life has gotten in the way and I do not have a lot of time anymore. The car has been garaged since I have gotten it, as I wanted to preserve the car as much as I could as I thought this car would be with me long term. So it never did see the winter snow in Chicago. So, the car has pieces removed such as the A/C, power steering (in progress).
As I have a small amount of time now, I cannot finish the brakes and rotors completely as there has been an issue with the right rear assembly. The old retaining screw that holds the rotor in place needed to be extracted by force and did not come out completely. A rotor cannot go back on that assembly for some reason either. So something funny happened there and I'm not sure exactly why. That's the extent of that issue. After that is resolved, new brake fluid was going to be in placed and the brake lines were to be replaced with stainless steel brake lines. So far, the fronts were done. Just the rears need to be done.
At this point, I have to throw in the towel as the garage lease will be up soon and I will not be able to afford repairs by professionals. I'd love to do it myself but again, I don't have time anymore. Someone else deserves this car more than I do. With a few hours to put into it, it will be back to normal, but in a much better condition that before. If you know anything about E30s, they are becoming collectables slowly. Especially low milage ones with very little to no rust. If you are interested in both of those conditions, then this is the car for you to have.
