Another barn find that I rescued from Santa Rosa, California.
I am honestly Honored to have rescued this beauty, give it life again and put it back on the road.
It has been on non-op registration since 2009 as it was not running as the computer was toast since mid 2008, so the owner put it on non-operation registration so it has no back fees. I am the owner and have clear California title in my name.
-Replaced the front seats with Recaro Orthopeds, refinished the interior, Fixed the rear speaker ppds and fixed the HVAC panel, speedometer, tachometer and lights in the cluster.-Added and custom fitted the late E24 (1988 & 1989 year models) front air dam and fog lights-Complete tune up ( spark plugs, air filter, BMW oil filter, BMW Synthetic 5w-30, fuel filter)-Flushed the fuel tank-Replaced sending unit, in tank (primary) and secondary fuel pump-Replaced fan clutch-Replaced coolant reservoir and it's level sensor-Flushed the coolant from radiator and block-Replaced the steering wheel with M-tech
It also has Bilstein sport shocks, 16" genuine BBS wheels with carbon fiber center caps and deep BBS valve covers that cover the stem with BBS logo on them.
The suspension is in excellent shape.
Even the A/C works and it's still R-12
Things that need attention:
-Headliner is dirty-Sunroof does not operate, may be a switch? I hate messing with sunroofs!-Windshield has a star in passengers view
