1975 BMW 2002 Base

Car runs and stops fine. The timing chain tensioner does rattle at times. No smoke at tail pipe! shifts fine -clutch recently replaced. This is a no rust car! I believe it is a California car all its life. The repaint looks nice from 10feet. - no idea when it was done. The speedo is disconnected but all other gauges work fine - The sale does included a new cluster with all gauges intact. The heater and A/C unit is there but neither work or are connected. I also have the stock air cleaner / carb and various other misc engine parts included.
I have owned the car for about 6 months and drive it to work most everyday. My intention was to swap the engine for a s2000 but my interest has waned - ready to move on. feel free to come see the car or request details. I searched locally for a long time for a solid car and this is a very solid car. I am also including a set of '72 bumpers (long side version) in the sale - these are fair in the chrome but are straight - not parting out!

I have added a few more pics to show some minor paint bubble at drivers side rear area just above the well lip. I do not believe this is rust. The spare tire area dose have some rust -see pics
