I purchased this car in Hershey this year without an engine and no title. Iimmediatelyreceived fromGermany the correctNEWLY REBUILT ENGINE for this car. Bolted engineon and running with no issues. The carwas stored inside a barber shop for many years as atoy for children. As you may notice some of the knobs, etc. on the dash are not correct as they were broken off of original car, but they serve the intended purpose. Chrome bumpers are in nice condition. New rear light lens.
Body is straight, andengine is running nicely, the shifter could use some adjusting. Glass is in good condition. The front windshield has a small ding about the size of a dime on the passenger side. Some rust is present in back drivers side of engine bay and floor pans. The car looks like they did a quick bondo job and painted itso we are unsure of the body condition.
This car (the 600 version) has a larger engine than the typical Isetta 300 which givesit a little more pep. It also shifts on the right like a standard car, making it more user friendly than it's smaller version.
Fun car to drive as is or restoration project.
