Original 1970 BMW 2002 in nice condition - just like it was produced in 1970. Runs and drives fantastic and has just had high end paint work on outside with best PPG based coat and clear (2021 Clear coat), updated bumpers, dash, new sound deadening and OEM style salt and pepper carpet, updated seats with original material and new foam. All systems work including heater blower

·Appears all instrumentation and gauges are in nice working order. Heater fan works as it should ! Headlight switch sometimes has to be jiggled for instrument cluster to come on but then stay on… switch probably needs to be cleaned

·New 3 point seat belts installed (original belts in trunk).Note installed in original mounting holes and work good ... can weld in new mounting points like later model cars for small fee if new owner would like seatbelts positioned like 72 and up 2002's

·New wheel cover roundels. Optional wheel sets available at minor upcharge (set of 13 inch BBS pictured, new 15 inch Panasport style with direction tread performance tires, dozens of OEM styles, 14 inch M3 basket weaves etc.) All available for minor up-charge if you don't want original look

·Bottom of car very nice, power washed detailed, very much like it was new see pics

·All electrical work turn signals, lights, interior lights all appear in excellent working order

·Exhaust in good working order

·Original Hoffman Motor Works paperwork, stack of receipts since new (see pictures)

·We have installed updated nice used rear bumper and rechromed new center section on front bumper. Rear bumper chrome has some fading of chrome but only noticeable if up very close

-rebuilt original Solex carb... running very nicely... great original carbs

·Can install period correct Halogen driving lights for small additional charge

·Also have complete AC kit we can install for additional charge (not part of base auction). See one original evaporator we have in stock in pictures

·We generally build or modify these cars to order. This is a perfect car to enjoy as nice working, no corrosion original or can be updated with additional options such as 15 inch Panasport / Minlite styl wheels and tires (see pictures), AC, and other modern amenities
