5. Buyers Inspection: Seller has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Seller welcomes a buyer's inspection. All inspections must be done prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, f any, re Buyers responsibility.

6. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes and fees, s well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

7. Title Information: If payment is made bycashier's or personal check, e will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. All titles will be sent after payment is received and has cleared.

Shipping and Delivery::

a. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Seller will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Seller will have no control over any carrier companies and or delivery times.

1. Seller will contact the successful bidder by email after the auction closes.

2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with seller by email within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days of auction ending, e reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

3. In order to secure your bid on vehicle, uccessful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% of winning bid in CASH in person or CERTIFIED FUNDS. Within 72 hours of bid closing, UYER must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, ash in person or certified funds to seller.

4. At time of sending initial deposit, uyer MUST send (email) a copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, efore said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer all required funds and paperwork must be completed and shipping arrangements must be made.

5. If for any reason the winning bidder is not satisfied with the car, e will return their deposit and relist the car on Ebay.
