1959 Austin Healey Sprite Vinyl

Listing this '59 Bugeye due to losing storage. The car was running and driving when restoration started 10+ years ago. Other projects have pushed it to the back burner so I have decided to sell it.
The pictures show the day I took it out of storage last week. The body was filthy so I attempted to hose it off. Much of the dust stayed put, so it will look much better once cleaned thoroughly.
The rear clip was removed and everything was media blasted to bare metal and minor imperfections repaired. The body was primed with Dupont DTM Chromate epoxy primer. The white was applied as a base coat to check for uneven areas. There are some light patches of filler used to fix some small dents that were hard to get to. There is no rust under any filler. Where the rear clip was re-welded on there was some bare metal left which has surface rust due to sitting in storage unprotected. This can be sanded off and it is solid underneath. I have an unopened gallon of antique white paint and activator, but I have no idea what shape it's in now.
The 948 engine turns over by hand and was running well. It will need the rear oil seal replaced/upgraded as it does leak, like all of them. The smooth case gearbox worked fine, and I was intending to keep it original.
I have all the components for the brakes, and it is still drums all 4 corners. Lever shocks are good. Steering rack needs some attention, like new boots, etc.
All components were bagged/boxed and have been in dry storage for 5 years or so. I can provide more pictures at the link below if needed, just didn't want to open every box and unpack everything.
There are new parts. New washer bottle, A new Moss vinyl seat cover/foam kit, new carpet set, and new vinyl trim kit. Many sheetmetal brackets were blasted and repainted.
The Dunlop tires were nearly new when I park it and are in excellent shape. There is an original Dunlop spare with a new spare cover.
The windshield plexi has some scratches and should be replaced. The rear axle is apart to check the wear, and it is pretty worn, so I left it apart. The top was usable but not perfect.
I have some framed bugeye memorabilia I collected over the years and the manual. Everything "Bugeye" goes with the car.
All-in-all a very solid, original car with much of the hard work done.
The car is located in Audubon (Norristown), PA and I have a clear PA title in my name, in-hand. PA residents must transfer the title at the time of sale. I am available for inspection of the car at anytime.
Serious inquiries, contact me for a link to the car's photo album to see many more pics.
Thanks,Randy
