July 2017 Car was purchased from Oregon, it had been in 32 year storage
Matching number car correct engine & Transmission for the car
Body stripped to bare metal, new dog leg panels installed No rust evident. Repainted with 7 coats Standox prime, base/clear coat (extra paint comes with car).
Engine totally rebuil, New engine mounts, piston/rings, bearings, oil pump & drive gears. New water pump
Rebuilt cylinder head, upgraded camshaft, new valves, guides, hardened valve seats, dual valve springs, collets/caps, new head bolts. all new cooling system and aluminum radiator with electric cooling fan
Transmission: total rebuilt, all new syncro, gears, seal, new Borg & Beck clutch & throw out bearing Overdrive works on 3rd. & 4th gear.
Rear End rebuilt new seals and bearings. New drive shaft & #8 Bolts
Interior totally rebuilt: leather fitted dash, front & rear seats, door panels, and upholstery. New carpet and sound mat throughout the interior and inside doors. All correct Healy/Smiths gauges rebuilt. Installed additional matching Smiths Volt meter & Clock .
All gauges & switches work. Rebuilt original Smith heater, new fan/core/hoses/clamps & control panel
Electrics: new complete wiring harness ( British Wire) all new connections switches, regulator, original rebuilt wiper motor. halogen headlights, correct Lucas glass lenses, original rebuilt working horn, high torque starter motor, new SU fuel pump
Suspension/steering
Front Suspension rebuilt, upgraded springs, new Kingpin kits,A frames & control bars powder coated, red polybush & tube shock conversion kit installed, new wheel bearings & races, over size sway-bar, rebuilt steering box, new steering wheel
Rear suspension, new upgraded leaf springs, new U bolts, buffers & packing pieces Red polybush bushings & tube shock conversion kit installed, new wheel bearings and races, new sway bar installed
Brakes,:
Front. Lockhead power booster installed, upgraded Willwood brakes, slotted & drilled rotors, four pot calipers & pads, new Girling master cylinder, all new SS brake lines
Rear New brakes drums (powder coated) slave cylinders, brake pads, springs, new handbrake cable & fittings
Wheels: 4 new Dayton 70 spoke chrome wire wheels with Dunlop Signature 15 inch tires. Spare is original grey (Powder coated with new dunlop tire. all new wheel lug nuts.
Chrome: all original chrome bumpers re-chromed, all chrome fitting either re-chromed or replaced. New door & Trunk handles
