1966 MG Midget, a stalled Project from California, now in North Alabama off I-65
Sells as a roller with no engine or transmission. this is a pretty solid car, except for a portion of the floors. The previous owner spent a lot of money on new parts, including new floor panels, and other metal parts which appear to be good quality British panels, not Chinese junk. Only some of the panels are pictured, but a close scrutiny of the car indicates some are probably not needed, and may be re-sold.Wire wheels and front disc brakes. The front edge of the hood has rust damage that shows in the pictures. The rear decklid is good, as is the the channel area of the body that the lid fits into. The trunk floor and rear axle hump appear solid. The front fenders are in very good condition, with just a couple inch bit of damage on a concealed portion of one flange. The doors are in very good condition, and the bottoms are solid and in original paint. The windshield frame is good, but the windshield has a crack. The wire wheels look good. There is a grill, front and rear bumpers, lights, and some misc pieces at the previous owners home that may be had free if you pick them up or have them shipped soon. They are pictured, but I make no guarantee as to their availability.Dash appears complete, with pretty nice gauges. The seats are complete, and the sliders look useable. There is a new fuel tank, and new muffler and exhaust pipe includedSeveral packages of new rubber door seals etc are includedTires look unused, but are OLD.
This is a roller with no engine or transmission, which was removed after some of the pictures were taken.
Overall, this will make a good car when finished. It originally had a 1098cc engine, but a 1275 would be a good choice.
I have many pictures of the car that ebay does not give room to show
