The interior is fully original, with all original leather and very rare original beading. This car is a matching numbers example with the British Heritage Trust certificate accompanying the sale. The engine was fully rebuilt less than 5000 miles ago. At the same time, the original matching transmission was serviced, with a full clutch replacement. The overdrive function is fully working and in good shape, with a switch mounted on the dashboard. The frame rails retain most of the original Austin paint, and are in excellent condition. All gauges are working as intended, and all the car drives like a dream. A factory correct blue top was installed and looks and functions as new. A new set of Wire wheels finishes off the original clean look on this car. It was upgraded to a negative ground system with a sympathetic modernization of the electrical system.
