1962 Austin Healey 3000 BT7 MkII For your consideration is a very rare 1962 Austin Healey 3000 BT7 which belonged to my father, a long time collector and Austin Healey enthusiast, acquired 30+ years ago. This model is the rare ti-carb, center shift trans model. Originally Old English White, my father purchased this Healey in the SF Bay Area. An original California car sold through BMC (San Francisco), it is completely solid throughout. Someone started the restoration and my father purchased it as pictured. All of the body panels are included in this auction including front and rear wings, doors, both front and rear cowl, boot and bonnet lid.Front fenders and doors not hung. Front cowl sanded down. Original 60 spoke wires.No evidence of accident damage. NO RUST! All geometry appears to be straight. Original Black and Yellow CA license plates included. You'll be hard pressed to find another Healey in unrestored condition that is so solid and straight.

Condition: Please see photos. The shrouds are in good condition. No rust on the chassis. The floors are original and solid with only minor scale. The frame rails and outriggers are solid. Delivery to a shipping agent of the winner's choice is available at cost. Transport to a shipping company is available for $200 through a local tow company. The chassis will come with the dolly it is resting on.
