1960 Austin Healey Sprite

I’ve owned this car for six years and purchased it with the intent of keeping it. Due to my job I only got to drive it two or three times a year to local shows andoccasionallyjust to get the smiles from other drivers. I am selling it only for one reason - I want to upgrade the avionics in my airplane. Someone is going to get a great deal here. I have the reserve set just above the starting price - Ipurchased it for 18K and put 7K into it. I know I won’t get that out of it, but please keep that in mind when you bid as the cost of overhaul on the engine and drive train is alreadydone for you. This Bugeye is rust free, has mostlyoriginal equipment, still hasoriginal generator and I had the factory tachometermodified by Smiths to beelectronic. There are a fewelectrical issues, like the horn and the turnsignals inside indication aren’t working, but I have the parts to fix it, just not the time. I have the frontbumper. I haveplenty ofother pictures for those who are interested.
This may be the nicest Bugeye for sale in a while at a price that is worth bidding on. Good luck to all of us!
