is the ORIGINAL BRITISH MOTOR INDUSTRY TRUST CERTIFIED COPY OF A

FACTORY RECORD of the Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite I owned later sold in 2007.

I am in hopes that the currentor pastowners may wish to have an interest in this Certificate.

Other than a complete restoration and an upgrade to a RIVERGATE REBUILT 1275 MOTOR

& 5 SPEED TRANSMISSION in 2005 at 50500 miles my personal name is on the Certificate.

Certificate is professionally framed and in excellent condition never removed.
