Up for auction is my 1970 AMC Rebel Machine. NOT A CLONE! I have owned the car for about 12 years and have driven it only 800 miles in that time. Car underwent a restoration prior to my ownership. 340 Hp 390 4 speed 3.91 posi rear differential. Rare car - approximately 1000 RWB cars. Comes equiped w/dealer installed option of aluminum Edelbrock 4 BBL intake manifold, headers, and a new 600 CFM Holley carb. Original bead blasted intake and exhaust manifolds come with the car. Does not roll on original wheels, but one is included. The car runs well and shows nicely.

Exterior:

Nice factory colored enamal with only a few minor flaws. Blue paint in lower body gas road chips (see pics) Stripes are in very good shape. Chrome is also very nice. Parking and taillight lenses are great.

Interior:

All new carpet, headliner, seat covers, door panels, and armrests. The mirror needs replaced and the driver's seat cushion is weak. The dash pad and dash are very nice. Lights and turn signals work as do guages. The radio comes on and hums-don't think antenna is connected. Buttons and dials work properly. Door sills are great, trunk floor is great.

Engine Bay:

The bay is very clean and orderly. Has new starter, fuel pump, and alternator installed. Comes with new WP and PS pumps.

Underneath:

Frame is in good shape as are floor boards, possibly replaced in restoration. Currently running nice 2.5 exhaust in great shape. Front suspension works well, but not restored. Tires have good tread, but are older. Leaks some oil.

Summation:

The car runs and drives as it should. It does have considerable power, AMC muscle. The car is 53 years old-not perfect. I've tried be honest in my description. It time for a new owner to enjoy it-a great addition to your collection.
