1982 AMC Concord DL

Super clean and original '82 Concord. This was AMC's final year for the 2 Dr of this body. Rust free car in terms of any holes. Partially restored to this condition by myself and my mechanic who has over 40 years experience.Motor and seats are from a '79 Concord donor car.
The good:
New Vinyl top, new battery, factory tach from a Spirit GT was installed in favor of the digital clock option. Transmission was professionally rebuilt recently. Newer tires, new headliner. Rims are '73 Mustang and they really make this little car pop visually. Chrome was professionally polished last year. Front end alignment performed when new tires installed. Brakes done within the last year. New seal for rear axle. Car rides like a dream and tracks straight. Factory leather sport wheel from Spirit AMX was installed in favor of the OEM wheel. Factory RH remote mirror installed. New Starter and alternator. New weatherstripping from Kennedy American. New catalytic converter and exhaust from cat back.
The so-so:
Motor was overhauled but still has a ticky lifter when motor is cold, I have been using motor flush and Lucas oil treatment on oil changes and this helps tremendously. As motor is older, it puffs blue smoke sometimes when started cold. There is also going to be leaks associated with older power train. I see some small oil leaks on right side of engine, perhaps oil pain or valve cover. Car uses maybe a 1/2 quart between 3K mile oil changes. Small occasional leaks from power steering box.Paint is original and looks it up close, there are some bare spots on the car, and paint is oxidized on top surfaces, but according to Jay Leno, the original paint cars hold higher value then the show cars with the $10K paint jobs.
I have extra parts that can go with the car depending on what the final purchase price is. I have a factory tit cruise floor shift steering column, auto trans floor shifter and center console with gauges. All items are the correct slate blue interior color.
