1978 AMC Concord with 20k miles

1978 AMC Concord Base

Have a newborn son and am downsizing my "toys”. Up for sale is my 1978 AMC Concord with around 20k miles. This was a Colorado car for most of its life and never saw salt. As such, it is the most rust free AMC I've seen with a super clean underbody (see photos) and bumper supports. It's largely a base car except for the 258-2bbl engine and auto trans. Manual steering and brakes and no radio. It does have working heat, though! Gets a ton of looks driving around.
During my 8 years of ownership, I've replaced the water pump (noisy bearing), put new tires on (maybe 1000 miles on them), installed a new alternator and thermostat, serviced the brakes and given it a tune up and carb rebuild. I also had the muffler and battery replaced, the latter is only a month old. It starts and runs great. Never stalls and always starts. Brakes smoothly without any pedal pulsing and wheel is aligned properly.
Please understand this is an original car and, as such, it has various scratches, dings, and dents associated with being 41 years old. That said, it's in very nice, original shape. Still has original AMC radiator hoses on it. Door hem flanges and punch welds behind rear wheels are in great shape.
