1979 AMC AMX 360 automatic needs work project NR NJ Spirit

This car pains me to list but lack of time and to many other projects have made me do it. This is a very rare 1979 AMC AMX. It was originally a 4 speed car and pedals are still there. It currently has a 360 and automatic in it. The engine sounds strong but will need the elelbrock carb rebuilt. It has headers with dual exhaust but the header gaskets are leaking. It does have rust so please check the pictures and if you would like to see the underside I can put it on a lift for you. Overall, this will need a bunch to be perfect but wouldn't you rather pull into a car show and be the only one there instead of in a line with all the other Camaros and Mustangs. This is an awesome looking car and would be amazing when done. If I could just find a way to add a few hours on the day it would not be for sale. No, you can not drive it home, please plan on bringing a trailer to pick it up. Yes, it will drive on a trailer.I strongly encourage anyone interested to come see the car before bidding. If you give me a little notice I will make sure a lift is available so you can check it out. This is my car but it is easier to sell it thru the shop so any NJ buyers will have to pay sales tax with me. Out of state buyers will have to fill out a ST 10 tax exception form.
