**PEOPLE, LISTEN. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION, WHICH MEANS, IF YOU BID ON THE CAR, AND END UP THE HIGH BIDDER, YOU HAVE TO BUY THE CAR. NO, "WELL, I DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO WIN." IF YOU DO NOT WANT CAR, DO NOT BID. IF YOU BID AND END UP HIGHEST BIDDER, YOU OWN THE CAR. IT'S THAT SIMPLE. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.**
Ok, now that I got that off my chest...
We have here a 1968 AMC Rebel Wagon, kind of rare-ish car. This one has no visible rust, haven't crawled underneath to check it out, though. Has a 350 Chevy engine, automatic trans (3 speed?), manual windows. Originally bought to cruise around with, got some initial engine refreshment work done to get it driving decently, but still needssome engine work. Car ran and drove when I parked it about 1 1/2 years ago., though engine smoked a bit. Could probably use an engine rebuild. Brakes are sketchy, need work, steering wheel gets stuck/hung up a bit while turning. Exhaust is rather loud. Just looking to get my money back from car.
Exterior is not too bad, pretty straight, glass good, lights good. All doors open and close well. There are some chips in paint on roof from sitting in the Las Vegas sun and wind. Two or three. Windshield is cracked lower drivers side. Doesn't affect visibility.
Interior is ok, no rips on seat, headliner good, dash good. Might be missing a few trim pieces, window cranks off. Windshield wipers in back, not on car. Tires are holding air, but would most likely need new ones. I'm sure battery dead.
Highly recommend having it towed to wherever, but you can possibly drive it somewhere close, although there is old gas in car. I hold absolutely no responsibility for anything that might happen if you choose to drive. No liability on me. Remember, old gas. And you would need a battery.
So a decent car that would be awesome once fixed up. Think of it asa blank canvas. Starting at $500, with No Reserve.
Car described best to my memory, as haven't driven in about a year and a half. Car is sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees expressed, implied or written. Reserve right to end auction at any time. (You know, in case The Count fromKounts Kustoms drives by the house and wants to buy it!) No returns, if you buy this car thinking it's ready-to-go, that's not my responsibility, or my intention, as I have said thatit needs work.
Clean and clear title in my name. Exempt mileage status. Not sure of actual mileage.
I'm sure I missed some stuff, but I'm no mechanic, and not proficient in car talk stuff, like rear-end ratios and whatnot. So I will try to answer any questions to the best of my ability. I am an honest person, not trying to screw anyone over here. Check my feedback for proof. e-Bay should be a fun and easy experience.
Will most likely add to this, as my memory tends to falter! Good luck, and Happy Bidding!
Oh, just remembered, lost thekeys somewhere along the way, so I have a general key (one) that will start car after some fidgeting. It's a pain in the butt, but will work. So needs new keys.

See, I told you I'd forget something. Shipping is responsibility of buyer. Will help the truck driver get car on truck, but buyer has to pay for shipping. I've used DAS before, they were okay.
Car is located in Las Vegas, 89108.

Can keep vehicle here until you get shipping arranged. But don't abuse that! :-)
Also wanted to reiterate some stuff about car, so there is no bad feelings anywhere. As-is, where-is, old gas, dead battery, engine will likely need work, haven't checked underneath for an issues. Clean title.
Since I had the trouble last time of a non payer (actually made the deposit, then wanted it back, cost me some money through PayPal), I must insist on a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of sale. Sorry, everyone, but one person screws it up, it's bad for everyone. So if put Deposit in, and decide not to pay for car, you forfeit that deposit. Have to protect myself.
