1969 AMX

1969 AMC AMX

This is a 1969 AMX it has been sitting probably 10 years or more. It will need fullyrestored. I bought a few cars and this was one of them. I don't know anything about it. I looked up the vin number and it shows to be a 390 automatic car. I am sure this is not the original motor. Car has 140 speedometer and tac also has tilt wheel. Motor in car is not stuck I can turn it by hand. it looks like it had some damage from a wreck on passenger side shock tower at some point of it s life. drivers door is very rough don't shut good and it has lots of body filler. trunk is pretty solid and under car is pretty solid. there is rust at the bottom of both quarter panels. There is no door glass . Someone stole parts off it were it was sitting. This would make a cool car but it will need a lot of work. I think they only made 20,000 of these in 68 69 70 total. Car will be sold with BILL OF SALE ONLY Alabama does not issue titles for car 79 and under. check with your state about this before bidding. I think a Alabamabill of sale will transfer to some states. Buyer has to arrange for there on pickup.
