1984 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce
Under 38K original, documented miles and one owner since 2008, four owners total. Car starts right up, drives very well and handles great. Body is straight and in very good condition with a few small scratches (shown in photos). Includes original ignition key, valet key, and accessory key.Inline 4 cylinder with dual overhead camshafts, Bosch fuel injection, aluminum block & head. Solid valve lifters, 5 main bearings and 5 speed manual. 4 wheel disc brakes.
Veloce package includes an upgraded wooden steering wheel, blue interior with carpeting, and upgraded blue leather seats (rather than vinyl) which are covered with seat covers and will need to be reupholstered. Car has original, but non working radio/cassette player, and is AC ready and needing a new compressor. Car has front, spoiler, and steering wheel Alfa Romeo badges, as well as Pinnafarina badging on the body.
Trunk has complete carpeting that was lifted up for the photo to show the spare.
Recent work:2021- new battery, fuel pump, crank sensors, & master brake cylinder2020- new door gaskets and ball joints2019- throttle linage, starter bolts, convertible top, shifter boots, motor mounts, new tires, transmission bushings, fuel tank, clutch, slave cylinder, lamps, hoses.
Rocker panels replaced in the last 5 years.
Recent work done at Domenick European Car Repair in White Plains, and I'd highly recommend them for upkeep for anyone local. The car is for sale locally, and in-person inspections and test drives can be arranged.
