HI,Up for auction is a car I really don't want to give up, but decided the time is right as I don't have a need for an extra car.Up for auction is a 1990 Acura Integra hatchback with only 56615 K miles! You read that correctly. I am the second owner and the original owner rarely drove and kept it in a garage for its first approx. 25 years.Please note that it is currently NOT running.The car was running and being used weekly before the pandemic, then sat for a couple of years. We had it towed to a shop and they put a new battery into it (6/7/22) It worked beautifully after that, but then just stopped running in the middle of me driving it (6/16/22).I had it towed home and in the process the front right passenger tire was damaged.I have not made any attempts to get it running since then (see more info below).It is in great condition inside and out; there is a small dent above the trunk lock (see photo) and a scrape above the right front bumper (see photo).The only additional thing that needs repair is the trunk lock; it is finicky. It can open and close, but closing it sometimes takes a few tries. The same goes for the glove box.Air conditioning and heating and all lights were working well at last use. Radio also.So fun to have manual windows to roll up and down. Has a sunroof. All seat belts work (the front ones are two-part, with one part being automatic; it moves into place when the passenger closes the door. So cool.)Interior looks and smells practically new. The top floor mats have turned a shade of green over the years, but are in good condition and the attached floor carpeting is still nice and brown; you can take the loose floor mats out.Have at least two keys for it.We have all service records for it, from 1990 through now.I have included a photo of the most recent visit to the shop where the battery was replaced to get the car running again. They noted the following: "Rear calipers seized up needs calipers pads and rotors needs tires wiper blades l/f axle. Would not recommend to drive with brake problem".Buyer will have to arrange for and pay for costs associated with pick-up/transport/shipping from Bethesda Maryland 20817 to your location.An inspection has NOT been done as we have owned this car for a long time and it is currently not running, as stated above.Deposit of $500.00 of selling price is due within 48 hours of auction end. The deposit is to be made through PayPal. Balance payoff is due within 5 business days of auction end. Balance can be made through cash (if in person), cashier's check (certified from US bank) or money order. If full payment is not received within 5 business days of the time/date of auction end, I reserve the right to relist the car.
