1946 Ford Other Pickups

We have had this truck in our family for over 20 years. The only paperwork I have is a bill of sale. I could not find a vin number on the frame but I do have the vin number from the transmission. Please see the attached picture. I am not sure if it is a 1942 1944 or 1946 ford truck. Probably a half ton. All the glass is in place. All the steel is there. I have the tailgate. I just put it in the garage so no one would steal it. Really great project will just surface rust and all the glass and steel in decent condition. Someone did at one time remove the vertical steel for the grill. It even steers and has the original bench seat in it. I do not have the engine or transmission for it. All four tires are shot but will hold air long enough to get it on a trailer. This truck is located in Tracy California. It does have a small tow bar but this was just for moving it around te property not for on the street. you will need a trailer to take it home with you.
