1940 Willys Custom Hemi Coupei
Up for auction is a 1940 Willyâ€™s Coupe. The result of a long-term frame off rotisserie build using all the right parts and all the right specialists. It will not disappoint.
This is an all steel body. All steel, no fiberglass. Professional paint job is flawless.
Powering this classic beauty is a â€œblownâ€ Keith Black aluminum Hemi. (WET). It is a 426 bored .30 over. Steel rods and â€œHBâ€ 871 Blower. It has dual Edelbrock carbs. 6.5 lbs of fuel pressure. It has over 1000 HP. Engine was done by Fowler Engines of Columbus Ohio. 727 transmission modified by Sonny Benson has a trans cooler. It has a polished aluminum rear end. 4 Link and coil over. 411 gear.
It has a custom build stainless exhaust. Disc brakes all around. Weld wheels with Hoosiers in the rear.
