Description:

1945 Willys MB

1945 Willys MB real deal WW2 Army Jeep.
This Willys MB was delivered to the United Ststes Army on July 11th of 1945. The Jeep was originally sent into Alaska, and spent it's life there until some time in the 70s and was brought back to South Carolina. The Jeep has undergone a full frame off restoration and every piece of the Jeep was gone through. The original engine was rebuilt, as well as all of the running gears. The jeep will include the replica 50 cal. Machine gun as well as the army radio. I repainted the Jeep this Spring. The rifle on the windshield holder will not be included with the sale of the jeep. This one does have the correct deep mud exhaust for 1945.
This is one of the nicest MB I have ever seen. And is a pleasure to drive. It has had about 3500 miles put on it since the frame off restoration. People always run to this Willys every time I take it out for a drive.
No known issues other than it pops out of gear ever now and again, and the six volt system is slow cranking it to start. Fuel guage only works when it feels like it. I have a new guage that will go with the Jeep. As the Jeep is 71 years old, it has no warranty. I do have a clear Kentucky title in my name for the Jeep. And it will be the buyers responsibility to pick the Jeep up after sale. I will not ship the Jeep. Cash only at time of pickup, with a $500 dollar deposit at auction end through PayPal. Please remember you are bidding to own this vehicle. Please have funds available before placing a bid.
Feel free to message me with any questions concerning the Jeep.
