This is a mostly completed restoration that we are selling due to the impracticality of hauling a baby and extra gear in it. We have really loved this car and are bummed about selling it, ut hopefully we can find someone who will really enjoy it.

*Late model dual relief case, ut for 90.5 mm cylinders
*DPR 69mm counterweighted crankshaft
*New AA 5.4 inch forged chromoly I beam rods
*New AA 92 mm pistons/cylinders
*Rebuilt stock (vw) 040 casting dual port heads
*Lightened stock flywheel, rilled for 8 dowels with 36 mm chromoly gland nut
*Reground Engle 110 cam done by Brothers VW
*Stock rockers with solid shafts and Porsche elephant/swivel feet
*Stock aluminum pushrods
*New 26 mm (5 mm larger than stock) Schadek oil pump
*New Elring German gasket kit and red silicon rear main seal
*New Kolbenschmidt main bearings, ilverline double thrust cam and rod bearings
*Compression is approximately 8.25 to 1

It is very clean and in good shape. It's a quick car. The sheet metal is pretty straight with very minimal rust. Floor pans are solid with the exception of a dime sized hole underneath the battery.
