This is a really cool dune buggy. Fashioned after the Meyer's Manx, it looks very similar but is a Nostalgia body by Berrien Buggie owned by Acme in Pennsylvania.

This engine is totally tricked out. Be sure to watch the video to really enjoy it and come take a look in person.

Here in Texas, as I am sure in other states, there are groups of guys who drag race these buggies. This one was purchased in Florida, and looks like it was set up to race, but has not hit the track. It appears to have only been driven very few miles since it's build.
