For sale is a 1974 VW Chopped & Shortened "Shorty" Beetle
- This is a REGULAR Beetle/not a Super!This is a no-reserve auction. High bidder wins!
- Most of the hard work has been done!! Car is complete, with a 1600cc dual port engine, but the engine needs to be rebuilt.It is not running. The car rolls just fine, but 2 tires go flat after a little bit on the passenger side. This is a PROJECT CAR!! It is not 100% ready after you get the motor back to run, it will need brakes, a few of tires, some TLC and probably a little more body work/welding and paint.The transmission is good. The seat is not bolted down and the rear compartment behind it, it just a pieceof hard cardboardwith some vinylmaterial. There is a easy access panel the transmission and start/rear side of engine below that panel.
- Would be a great advertising bug for a business or use in parades. A lot of time and work has gone into this little Bug!!The guy I got this from ran this car last year in the yard then parked it. I am not sure what happened with the motor, but it is not turning over.
- Sold with a Georgia bill of sale ONLY (Last Registered in GA) There is no title.
