1958 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Custom
**58 SteamPunk Custom Build** Completed in 2017 (3-year long build)- A work of Art - Featured @ Steam 17 with Denver Institute of Art -- Car has been a feature everywhere it goes and has won every single award possible.
- Hand-Built, Pan off restoration (see photos)
- Entire vehicle was media blasted
- 4-Layer hand rubbed patina custom paint finish (NOT A WRAP)
- Nothing was reused, all new rubber, moldings, etc.
- Hand-cut glass
- No expense spared, every nut and bolt replaced with nearly all stainless hardware.
- Solid 1.6L 4-H DP Fresh Motor with new 4-speed swing axle trans.
- Electric Fuel Pump (zero maintenance)
- Front - Rear all new brakes, drums, master cylinder & stainless lines
- 38 miles since restoration (Test Drive on Build, driving around shows, in and out of the trailer)
- Thousands of Copper and Aluminum Rivets (By Hand)
- Custom built manual air-ride (front / rear) using 3/4 polished copper hard line and fully functional antique copper gauges. All Viair, 444B parts.
- Brand new front to rear wiring harness all wrapped and sealed in marine grade heat shrink. (This keeps all moisture out of the connections) All wiring is loomed in flex black and hidden.
- Hand-built aircraft bomber seats (4) + passenge, wrapped in a hand tooled leather for durability. Aircraft seat belts as well.
- Chopped and channeled body all steel welded and reinforced body, pan and frame head
- Fabshop 104 10" extended beam.
- Vintage Speed Shifter (Very rare and expensive)
- All suspension and beam powder-coated.
- 22x9.5 rear x 19x9.5 front Ridlers (tires still have rubbed nubs on them)
- Nobel Sport 22's and 19's
- Custom chrome and brass cage headlights.
- All new Kenwood Head-unit (wireless / bluetooth) w / 6x9 4-ways (Hidden Wiring)
- Custom Built Box with tons of epoxy and inlays
- All epoxy used is restaurant commercial grade (no yellowing)
- Interior pans have hand polished bullet casing / old clock gearing with a 2 gallon epoxy pour.
- Door were cut out on a CNC Plasma with lexan sectioned and all backlit with hidden bright white LED's Doors & interior look sick at night all lit up.
- Custom built vintage steering wheel with inlaid bullet casings.
- Removable hand built metal cage top.
- Will help with getting shipping setup, loading, etc.

- Over $30,000 in parts, have all receipts and nearly $40,000 in man hours to build.
