Description:

1959 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

This is a German produced 1959 GmbH production. This car still has original horse hair seats. Brought back by an American Soldier. It also has an original 1950's factory radio blank (never ever had a radio, no speaker cut-outs). Paint might be original factory? This has been in our garage for the past 34 years. The parts are written in German ( Oil = Oel ) so it has an " Oel " on the oil cap. Not sure if this is road legal even back then. We don't know much about Volkswagen. If you want a 1950's era German theme VW, this would be good for you.

Hello. I read some of the messages. Yes, this vehicle has MPH on the speedometer, so it is a Volkswagen produced for the "American Market". Now, the VW had some movement between America and Germany. I want to be 100% honest. There was some kind of comment about Kilometer per hour with a "German VW"??? The DMV paperwork says 1959 so that is what I am going with, the serial number (no vin) has the numbers correct for that time period. Hey if someone wants to chat or more pictures or stuff ~ stevenabb at gmail. I will take any pictures you want and I don't care if you want to stop by... we can let someone look at the car before an auction. Thank you for any feedback and information. As I said before, we don't know too much about VW cars.

I am 100% new to this EBAY motors stuff and I don't know much about older Volkswagen cars. I will say this, WE WILL NOT BE SCAMMED. One guy asked me to ship the car to Hungary + Certified Cashier's Check. Nope! Before this car leaves our land in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We absolutely 100% will verify the bank funds are in the bank! We will double and triple check with our local bank branch. Sorry if this sounds aggressive, but I have received several scammer message. We will double check everything 1000% before the car leaves. Hey, if you want, send me a message with email stevenabb with gmail. I will take whatever picture you want! I will verify the picture by posing with the car as you direct (put your left hand on the steering wheel, 3 fingers up) or put your hand on the side mirror... what ever verified the picture as unique and produced.
