1967 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

Up for sale is this wonderful 1967 Vw Beetle. Long time California car. 1967 is one year only car. First year of the 12 volts charging system and one year only front and rear decklid. 1967 is supposed to be the best year for the beetle..This particular car spent most of its life in Socal, it was indeed a local Upland car from new until 2009. It was then in Prescott Valley AZ.
It's absolutely rust free, the pan still has it's original factory undercoating. No signs of repairs.Nose is just perfect, no signs of accidents, no rust either even in the usual famous under spare tire area.Car is mostly in its original conception except for the engine.
Power plant is a 1910cc with dual 44 webers, electronic ignition and taylor spark plug wires. Forged piston and extra oil pan capacity with spin on oil filter. Engine runs really well, lots of power, no smoke or rattle. Starts right up.Transmission is the original 4 speed, clutch is excellent, smooth, no vibrations, gears engage nicely.
Brakes are the original drums and have been replaced recently.
Interior as you can see on the pictures is in very nice condition. Headliner is perfect and appears to be original, carpet, seats and door panels are new, no stains or tears. Everything works at the exception of the horn.Steering wheel is a momo, car has the radio delete option. Even the dome light works!!!!Wipers are included in the sale.Chrome is very nice no pits or dents, it appears to be the original bumpers.Paint is in very good shape and is a superior driver quality. There is one chip by the driver's door lower hinge (see photos)To resume this is a wonderful example of a southern California Beetle. Car can be enjoyed daily.It is located in Upland California and it is available for inspections. I do have more pictures so if you need to see something please ask.
