1970 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic CUSTOM

I'm not sure what to call this thing but it started life as a 1970 VW BEETLE. I didn't build it but I will tell you what I know. It has a ball joint front end that has been extended by 10", all new 4 wheel disc brake setup with parking brake that works very well. New electronic ignition, starter, alternator, fuel pump, and carburetor. The engine is a single port and runs good with no smoke or knocking, the transmission is a beetle 4spd irs and shifts good with no grinding or jumping out of gear. I currently have it licensed and insured as a antique in WV and have put some miles on it locally and it is by far the most attention getting vehicle I have ever driven. It drives and stops very well but its no race car as the 1600 engine appears to be stock. There is no speedo or odo so mileage is unknown. Headlights, brake lights and turn signals all work.There is a amp and speakers under the hood so you can listen to your tunes while cruising. I'm not a dealer so its being sold as is.
