Westfalia Camper Kombi VW Bus

Southern California Westy!

This Solid and Family owned VW bus was purchased and lived all of its life in the South

Bay since 1971.

This is a purpose built adventure wagon willing to take you anywhere you want to go

withthe turn of the key!

Well maintained running and driving wise hi-way worthy!

One of the best running VolkswagenI have ever driven.

Transmission shifts smoothly and scoots up to 65-70mph without even hesitating

on the freeway, climbs up hills without even trying!

This VW CamperBus has the original rebuilt 1600 cc engine and all mechanically sound

,

including exhaust, brakes (all wheels and master cylinder),

suspension, shift linkage, and electrical.

Has factory front disc brakes and stops well.

This VW is a daily driver and will not hesitate to drive it anywhere!!

"TURN KEY"

SEE VIDEOS !!!

All lights, turn signals, etc. is in perfect working order including the horn.

I have it currently

registered in the stateof

California with clean title on hand.

Originally from Southern California, still sports CA. camper tags proudly, the under body frameis

solid

(no rust in mainfloor boards).

Rear panel (by driver door) common area do need replacement, however.

Body in fair condition also.

Paint is in poor, but sound condition it will need a paint job to make it a nicer cruiser, but

it still gets likes, thumbs up, honks, and a lot of attention wherever we go.

We wanted to first get all

the drive train handled and dialed in correctly, then do the final restoration of paint and interior.

This will make a nice father and son project..

Needs a little interior work:

(headliner and upholstery was redone looks okay, but I always wanted to redo just notime or

money).

Canvas Top in great condition no rips or tears.

No major body modifications have been done to change from standard Transporter to Camper,

so currently original (i.e. no roof or other body panel has been cut/welded modified).

Some extra parts for Camper project will be included when sold.

Vehicle is driven throughout the summer and stored in the winter.

Will provide all records of work described above.

For any other detail, just ask. Thanks!

DRIVER SEAT HAS TEAR AT THE BOTTOM OF SEAT
HAS THE ORIGINAL FRONT HAMMOCK/ COT IN GREAT ORIGINAL CONDITION..
FOLDING TOP ROOF BED STILL IN TACK
HAS PREVIOUS BODY REPAIR THAT NEEDS A REPAIR IN COMMON AREAS BUT UNDERCARRIAGE IS VARY SOLID
